About the Family
A warm, thoughtful family is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their 15-month-old son and grow with their family as they welcome a baby girl in March 2027.
Both parents work from home and are actively involved in their children’s lives. They value a warm, open, and collaborative relationship with their nanny and are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable with parents spending time with the children throughout the day.
Their son is bright, social, active, and curious and loves books, animals, playgrounds, museums, and being outdoors. The family values healthy routines, plenty of outdoor time, limited distractions and screens, and encouraging children to develop independence and participate in age-appropriate ways.
Position Overview
The nanny will initially provide full-time care for the family’s toddler and transition to caring for both children following the arrival of their second baby and the parents’ parental leave.
The family is looking for someone warm, playful, engaged, and communicative who enjoys planning active days and introducing the children to the world around them through books, outings, play, conversation, and everyday experiences. Experience caring for a toddler and infant at the same time is highly valued.
This is a long-term position for a nanny who enjoys working collaboratively with involved parents while also taking initiative and confidently managing the children’s day.
