Professional and involved parents in SoHo are seeking an experienced, engaging, and highly reliable full-time nanny for their two young boys. Their older son attends school from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while their younger son is home during the day. The family also employs a part-time nanny who provides support in the afternoons and early evenings.

The family places a strong emphasis on early childhood development and seeks someone who is naturally engaged and communicative, encourages curiosity, and brings learning into everyday play. They also value candidates who genuinely enjoy cooking and are excited to plan and prepare fresh, healthy, varied meals for the children.

Both parents have demanding careers, and one travels frequently for work, making reliability and flexibility especially important. The family will establish a target schedule in advance, with some weeks requiring approximately 55–60 hours and others being lighter, including occasional shorter Fridays. Compensation is guaranteed for 50 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, including when the family travels without the nanny. The family also seeks someone who enjoys traveling with them and is comfortable providing additional support and flexibility while away.

This is a long-term position in a collaborative and supportive household. The family hopes to have another child in the future and is seeking someone excited to support a growing family long-term.
