Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Position Overview

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm. Occasional flexibility is appreciated.

The nanny will manage the baby’s daily care, support his development, and maintain consistent routines. The ideal candidate will confidently anticipate his needs, take initiative, and keep the parents informed throughout the day while remaining receptive to their guidance and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care with a strong focus on the baby’s safety and well-being
• Prepare and give bottles, and wash and sterilize feeding equipment
• Handle diaper changes and daily infant-care routines
• Maintain feeding and nap schedules in collaboration with the parents
• Support developmental milestones through tummy time, reading, conversation, and age-appropriate play.
• Take the baby on walks and outings, and arrange age-appropriate playdates as he grows
• Manage the baby’s laundry and keep his belongings and care areas neat and organized
• Provide regular updates and communicate any questions or concerns promptly

Compensation & Benefits

• $35 – 40/hr depending on experience and qualifications
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, including strong infant experience
• Current CPR certification (or willing to get it renewed)
• Excellent professional references
• Fully vaccinated, including Tdap, flu, and MMR
• Non-smoker
• Strong communication skills
• Interested in a long-term position
