About the Family:
Loving fathers are seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable nanny for their newborn son. Both parents work full-time; one has a hybrid schedule, working from home and traveling as needed, while the other works outside of the home. They value a knowledgeable caregiver who brings experience and insight while working in partnership with them. This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who is truly passionate about working with children and interested in becoming a meaningful part of a child’s life as he grows.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Thoughtfully plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote engagement, learning, and growth.
- Diaper changes and supporting overall healthy hygiene
- Bottle feedings, keeping the bottles and other equipment clean and sterilized
- Introducing solids and preparing meals for the child
- Maintaining the child’s sleeping and eating schedules
- Managing the child’s laundry
- Keeping the child’s room and the shared spaces in the home neat, clean, and organized
- Reading to the child, tummy time, indoor and outdoor play
- Taking the child on walks and to parks / libraries / classes
- Restocking child-related items (e.g., diaper bag, changing table)
- Helping the child reach his milestones
- Maintain a daily communication log with the parents

- Professional, collaborative, and a strong communicator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a tidy approach to maintaining child-related spaces
- Some flexibility with scheduling
- Experience supporting developmental milestones
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent nanny experience
- Extensive experience with infants
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Professional references from prior families
- Vaccinated (Tdap, MMR, and Flu)
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)
- Non-smoker
Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00/hour, on a W-2. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.
