Full-Time Nanny in Tribeca, NYC

Location: Tribeca, NYC

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 – 5:00pm. Starting in the Fall, the schedule will shift to 8:30am – 4:30pm. 

Children’s ages: 17-month-old twins, and a newborn on the way. This role will primarily be caring for the infant. 

Ideal start date: May/June 2026

About the Family

A tight-knit and loving family is seeking an experienced, professional nanny to join their household. They value warmth, kindness, patience, and clear, open communication. Both parents work full-time and are looking for a dependable, long-term partner who will provide attentive, nurturing care and serve as a trusted presence in their home. Mom will be on maternity leave until the end of August and will handle school drop-off for the twins starting in September. 

At that time, the twins will be in school from 9:00am–3:00pm.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Engage the children in fun, age-appropriate, and enriching activities
  • Diaper changes and supporting healthy hygiene
  • Sterilizing bottles and baby equipment 
  • Helping the children reach their milestones 
  • Taking the child on walks, to activities, and to playdates 
  • Maintain the children’s napping and feeding schedules
  • Manage the children’s laundry and organize their closets
  • Restock child-related supplies (e.g., the diaper bag, backpack, snacks)
  • Light housekeeping related to the children, including maintaining tidy bedrooms and play areas, keeping shared spaces organized, and ensuring kitchen surfaces are clean.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
  • Maintain a daily communication log with the parents

  • Neat, clean, and organized
  • Interested in a long-term role with the family 
  • Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented, with a natural ability to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the household.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent nanny experience 
  • Experience with infants and multiple children in the same household
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Professional references from prior families
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)
  • Positive, adaptable, attentive, and energetic 

Compensation: $40.00 +  an hour, depending on experience and credentials. W-2. Overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 per week.
