#578 – Full-Time Nanny Needed in Ladue, Missouri

An HNW household of three is seeking a warm, professional full-time nanny in Ladue, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. The two boys are 8 and 10 years old and live with their father.

Start Date: As soon as possible

General Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2 pm – 10 pm. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Occasional overtime hours will be offered as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of full-time nanny experience
• Experience working with school-aged children
• A proactive, discreet, and organized approach
• A kind, honest, and engaging personality
• A strong sense of professionalism
• A genuine love of working with children
• A desire to commit to a long-term role

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage the children in age-appropriate, enriching activities
• School drop-off/pick-up and driving to/from sports and extracurriculars
• Help with homework and school readiness
• Prepare healthy, balanced dinners for the children
• Maintain children’s routines and daily schedules
• Assist with bedtime routines
• Support healthy hygiene habits
• Keep children’s rooms and main areas tidy
• Run child-related errands as needed
• Ensure the children are well prepared for school and activities

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time nanny experience
• Experience driving children
• Local to the area or open to relocation (live-out position)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–3 strong professional references
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Prior experience in a high-net-worth (HNW) household is preferred, but not required

Compensation: $45.00 + per hour (gross) depending on experience and credentials. Overtime will be compensated at 1.5x the base rate.
