The Ideal Candidate:

• Is energetic, attentive, engaging, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Has significant experience working with toddlers.
• Warm, friendly, and nurturing; bonus points for someone who loves to sing nursery rhymes and Disney songs with the child! 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively engage the child in fun and educational, age-appropriate activities.
• Pick up and drop off from school.
• Taking the children to activities, the park, and playdates. 
• Maintaining the child’s napping and eating schedules.
• Children’s laundry.
• Occasional diaper changes (the child is mostly potty trained) and overall support of healthy hygiene. 
• Reading to the child.
• Preparing meals for the children. 
• Keeping the home’s main spaces and the children’s rooms clean and tidy.
• Maintaining a communication log with the parents. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time nanny experience with a similar age group.
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 
• 2-3 relevant references. 
• CPR certified
• Vaccinated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pet-friendly; the family has two senior cats.
• Non-smoker.

Compensation: $30-35 an hour
