About the Family

A warm and welcoming family based in Miami Beach with a second home in Manhattan is seeking a dedicated, kind, and experienced full-time live-in nanny/family assistant to care for their 13-month-old son.

The family values teamwork, loyalty, and a respectful, communicative approach. Their ideal candidate is a professional, energetic, discreet, and calm individual who truly loves children.

Position Overview

This is a live-in, 24/5 role with core workdays from Thursday through Monday, subject to adjustment during family travel. The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the child’s care during this time, including occasional overnight monitoring and full-day coverage. The child is an excellent sleeper and rarely wakes during the night. However, the nanny is expected to remain in the home and be available if needed. When overnight care is required, the family provides rest time the following morning.

The candidate’s primary focus will be on childcare. During downtime (such as when the child is napping or with a parent), the nanny will also take on family assistant responsibilities such as running errands, walking the family dog, and lending a hand to keep the household running smoothly.

The household team includes a part-time nanny for coverage on days off, a housekeeper, and a dog walker who travels with the family. They reside in Miami most of the year and spend summers in New York City.
