Getting Started
There is a one-time $500.00 non-refundable deposit required to start the process of finding your ideal caregiver. This fee gets deducted from the final placement fee and also grants you access to our fully vetted nannies for backup care, temporary nannies, and occasional babysitters.
How Placement Fees Work
Upon hiring your caregiver, we charge a one-time placement fee calculated as a percentage of the candidate's annual compensation.
- Long-term Full-time placements are 18 - 20% of the candidate's gross annual income, depending on the requirements (i.e., Mandarin speaking, extensive travel, etc.).
- Part-time placements are 20%
- NCS and Temporary placements are 25-30%
A portion of the proceeds is donated to Baby2Baby, a vetted non-profit organization that supports children in need.
Guarantee
In the rare event an issue cannot be resolved with your selected nanny, we will replace your nanny within the first 90 days at no additional cost.

We support you throughout the hiring process and beyond for any future backup care needs. We'll connect you with trusted Payroll Services for seamless tax compliance, payroll, and HR solutions. Expect quick responses to questions and requests from your consistent points of contact.
