Schedule
- Core schedule:
- 3-4 afternoons/evenings per week, approximately 1:00pm–6:30pm
- Full-day Saturdays, approximately 8:30am–6:00pm
- The family is seeking a nanny with flexibility for some later evenings, particularly on Saturdays, with advance notice provided whenever possible.
- There is an opportunity for additional hours, up to 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate’s availability and desired schedule
- The schedule is open to 25-40 hours per week.
- Summer schedule includes some time in the Hamptons with varying coverage arrangements and potential rotational scheduling with another nanny/team member

About the Family:
A warm and busy family is seeking a proactive, engaging, and dependable nanny to support their two school-aged children (girls). The family is open to both part-time and full-time candidates and can offer additional hours for someone seeking a fuller schedule. Job Responsibilities will primarily focus on childcare and child-related household support, including:
- School pick-ups and taking the child/children to activities
- Supporting homework and academic enrichment, including piano and violin practice
- Engaging the children in creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities
- Helping maintain routines and schedules
- Children’s laundry and organization
- Tidying children’s bedrooms/play areas
- Preparing snacks and simple meals for the children
- Packing lunches
- Supporting bedtime routines
- Occasional child-related errands
- Maintaining open communication with parents
- Housekeeping related to children
- Support with household errands
The household also includes a housekeeper and another long-term, full-time nanny, creating a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant nanny experience
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Professional references from prior families
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)
- Non-smoker

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive and starting at $45/hour gross, depending on experience and credentials
