Location: Soho, NYC
General Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, ideally 8am – 7pm for the first three months while the baby is sleep training.
- After June, the schedule will shift to 8:00am – 6:00pm.
- Summer (Hamptons): Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am–6:00pm.
- Flexibility is appreciated as occasional adjustments may be needed.
Child’s age at start: 3 months old
Ideal start date: March 2nd, 2026
Loving, first-time parents are seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable nanny for their first child. Both parents work full-time and value a knowledgeable caregiver who can provide attentive, thoughtful care.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate, enriching, and engaging activities
- Diaper changes and supporting overall healthy hygiene
- Supporting the child’s sleep schedule
- Bottle feedings, keeping the bottles and other equipment clean and sterilized

Child’s laundry
- Introducing solids and preparing meals for the child, and helping the child reach other milestones
- Keeping the child’s room and the shared spaces in the home clean and tidy
- Taking the child on walks and to parks
- Reading to the child
- Restocking the changing table, diaper bag, and child-related items
- Maintain a daily communication log via a shared app or group chat with the parents
- Travel to the Hamptons
- Additional travel once or twice a year

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent nanny experience
- Extensive infant experience with a deep understanding of newborn care, sleep routines, feeding, and developmental milestones
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Professional references from prior families
- Fully vaccinated
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)
- Must be willing to travel
- Driver’s license strongly preferred
Compensation: $35 – $40/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. W-2. Overtime (time and a half) is paid after 40 hours per week.
