Ten years ago, A Nanny Match began as a small, founder-led agency in New York City with one simple goal: to make finding a nanny more personal, more mindful, and more human.

This month marks ten years since I founded A Nanny Match, and I can hardly believe how far we’ve come.

Over the past decade, we’ve had the joy of facilitating more than 1,000 successful matches and expanding our reach beyond New York City to families across the U.S. and to those visiting or living in Italy. Each placement and relationship has been its own story of trust, care, and connection.
I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey: to the families who’ve placed their trust in us, the nannies who bring dedication and heart to their work every day, and the team behind the scenes whose commitment makes it all possible.
