In 2015, Kristen founded A Nanny Match to bridge the gap between the traditional agency model and unregulated online platforms, creating a boutique, personalized approach to matching families with extraordinary caregivers. With 25 years of childcare experience and a decade as an expert matchmaker, she offers families a unique blend of hands-on childcare experience and proven placement expertise.
Driven by core values of providing a superior service, integrity, and a strong work ethic, Kristen remains personally involved with each placement as the primary point of contact for families and top-tier nannies.
