A Nanny Match Jobs

An upbeat and welcoming family in NYC is seeking two rotational nannies for their daughters, ages 15 months old and 5 weeks old. This position starts in August or September. 

This schedule will be 4 days on and 4 days off, or one week on (7 days) and one week off (7 days) from 7am - 7pm Monday through Friday and 8-10 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking the children to school, activities, the park, and coordinating playdates. 

• Engaging and stimulating the children with fun and age-appropriate activities.

• Bottle feedings and sterilization of equipment.

• Meal preparation for the children.

• Diaper changes, baths, and support of healthy hygiene.

• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids, sleep/potty training) 

• Helping to set & keep the children on a schedule.

• Children's laundry. 

• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag.

• Keeping the main spaces of the home and the children’s room clean and tidy, including floor areas where children are crawling and playing. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant nanny experience with multiples and will be warm, kind, playful, engaging, proactive, compassionate, knowledgeable about child development, enthusiastic about nurturing the children’s interests, have excellent communication skills, excellent references, sound judgment, and interest in a long-term nanny position.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-time nanny.

• 2+ years of infant care experience.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

• Clean background check.

• Ability to travel for several weeks out of the year, both domestically and internationally.

• Fully Vaccinated.

Salary: $32.00 - 40.00 gross hourly based on credentials. 

Benefits: Two weeks of paid vacation, all bank holidays, 5 sick days per year. Other benefits can be negotiated for the right candidate.
