A Nanny Match Jobs

Loving parents in Lincoln Square, NYC seek a professional, engaging, and reliable nanny for their daughter, currently age 4 months old. This position starts in May.

The general schedule is 8/9am - 5/6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Job responsibilities include everything relating to the well-being of the child including but not limited to;

• Engaging and stimulating the child with age-appropriate activities.

• Bottle feedings and sterilization of equipment

• Diaper changes and supporting healthy hygiene 

• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids, sleep/potty training) 

• Helping to set & keep the child on a schedule (regular feedings, play, exercise, naps) 

• Child’s laundry 

• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant nanny experience and will be warm, safe, nurturing, positive, compassionate, empathetic, open, honest, knowledgeable about child development, and will be interested in a long-term position in which they can grow with the family. 

Must have excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and excellent references.

Must like dogs, the family has a sweet Goldendoodle.

Requirements:

5+ years of nanny experience.

2+ years of nanny experience with infants. 

Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

Clean background check.

CPR/First Aid certified for adults and infants (or willing to get it renewed).

Be okay around a mid-size dog.

Fully Vaccinated. 

Salary: competitive and commensurate with experience and will be based on the agreed-upon number of weekly hours.
