A Nanny Match Jobs

A tight-knit and loving family in Brooklyn is seeking a warm, energetic, and engaging FT nanny for their 3 boys, ages 6, 3.5, and 3 weeks old! 

This position starts as soon as possible. There is a baby nurse / NCS caring for the newborn and the mom is on maternity leave. 

The general schedule will be 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job responsibilities include everything relating to the well-being of the children, including but not limited to;

• Taking the children to school, activities, the park, and coordinating playdates. 

• Engaging and stimulating the children with fun and age-appropriate activities.

• Bottle feedings and sterilization of equipment.

• Meal preparation for the children.

• Diaper changes, baths, and support of healthy hygiene.

• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids, sleep/potty training) 

• Helping to set & keep the children on a schedule.

• Children's laundry. 

• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag.

• Keeping the main spaces of the home and the children’s room clean and tidy, including floor areas where children are crawling and playing. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant nanny experience and will be safety conscious, proactive, nurturing, and can manage a busy schedule and keep the household running smoothly. The ideal candidate will also be engaging, upbeat, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable about child development, and enthusiastic about nurturing the children’s interests. 

Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills, excellent references, sound judgment, and interest in a long-term nanny position to be with the family for years to come.

Requirements:

5+ years of nanny experience with multiple children.

2+ years of infant care experience.

Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

Clean background check.

CPR/First Aid certified for adults and infants (or willing to get it renewed).

Ability to travel a few weeks out of the year.

Vaccinated.

Salary: + / - $35.00 gross hourly based on credentials.
