Busy, bustling and loving family in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a proactive, experienced and meticulous full-time live-in Housekeeper for their Boston and Hamptons homes.  This position ideally starts September 1st.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to everything related to keeping the household clean, tidy, well stocked, and running smoothly;

• Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping and deep cleaning
• Must be knowledgeable in the care of fine art, fine furniture, and delicate surface
• Keep home guest-ready
• Manage stock items throughout home
• Laundry, including ironing, steaming, and caring for fine pieces
• Packages and trash
• Wardrobe management
• Organizing closets and home
• Packing/unpacking
• Errands, shopping, returns
• Grocery Shopping
• Kitchen Prep 
• Cook healthy meals for principals and two young children
• Assist with young children in the mornings
• Flexibility and willingness to step in at times for children’s nighttime routines (3.5yrs & 9 months) 
• Assist guests when needed

• Willing and able to travel with family as needed, including to their secondary home in the Hamptons for the summers (June-August) 
• Easily gets along with / works well with others
• Must be able to work some major holidays, especially in the summertime (Additional compensation and/or substitute days to offset working days will be provided)
• Seeking a long-term, live-in position with a family

Driving will be required in order to complete tasks such as running errands and grocery shopping. A family car will be provided.

Beautiful private room and bathroom in a private separate area, provided in each home. 

Previous Estate Cleaning and/or Management experience is a plus, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of relevant housekeeping experience 
• 2+ years of live-in experience
• Previous Childcare Care Experience
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 
• Clean background check.
• Clean Driving Record
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• 2-3 relevant references. 
• Covid Vaccinated

Schedule: 40-45 hours a week guaranteed over 5-6 days. The daily schedule will be flexible. 1 day off, guaranteed, with flexible hours required on the weekends.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation (After 6 months of employment), 5 sick/personal days, and a healthcare stipend
