A Nanny Match Jobs

Seeking an experienced and engaging Full-Time Nanny in Southampton, New York, in a positive and loving household for one child, currently 4 months old. The position can be live-in or live-out. 

Schedule: Live-out schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Live-in schedule:  Monday - Thursday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids and as the child continues to grow, sleep/potty training, learning to read)

• Preparation of bottles, washing and sterilization. Bottle feedings.

• Diaper changes and supporting and maintaining healthy hygiene.

• Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities, including reading and indoor and outdoor play.

• Driving the child to activities, classes, and parks.

• Maintain feeding and napping schedule.

• Preparation of healthy meals for the child. Feeding the child.

• Child’s laundry.

• Bedtime and bathtime routines.

• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag.

• Keeping the main spaces clean and tidy.

The right candidate will have 3+ years of FT nanny experience working with infants and toddlers and will be proactive, responsible, engaging, honest, organized, knowledgeable about child development, and enthusiastic about their growth and development. They will have excellent communication skills and seek a long-term position for at least the next several years. 

Additional Notes:

• The family has two sweet and playful medium size dogs. 

• Private accommodations will be available for live-in candidates who stay Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nanny experience.

• Upbeat, positive, and nurturing demeanor.

• Clean background check and motor vehicle record. 

• 2-3 relevant references. 

• Fluency in English

• Local to the Tri-State area 

• Must be able to drive. 

• Must be comfortable in the water, the family has a pool at the house. 

• Must feel comfortable around dogs. 

Compensation: $35.00 - $40 gross, depending on experience and credentials. Overtime is offered after 40-44 hours, depending on live-in or live-out.  

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation, 5-6 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and others can be negotiated for the right candidate.
