A Nanny Match Jobs

An active and loving family next to Madison Square Park, NYC, seeks an experienced and flexible weekend nanny for their two children, ages 3 years old (b) and 1 year old (g).

The general schedule is from around 9/10:00 am until around 11:00 pm/12:00 am on Saturdays and from 8/9:00 am until around 6:00 pm on Sundays. 

There is some flexibility with the start time on Saturday and the end time on Sunday. There is also flexibility to add Friday night hours if the candidate would prefer. The family can offer up to about 30 hours per weekend. 

The family will be in the Hamptons on weekends in July and August. The ideal weekend nanny would be able to join them. There will be private accommodations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities to stimulate play and interaction. 

• Coming up with fun, creative, and engaging activities.

• Reading to the children.

• Going to the park, classes, playdates. 

• Diaper changes.

• Maintaining the children’s routines and schedule.

• Children’s laundry.

• Meal preparation for the children and kitchen clean-up afterward.

• Keeping the children’s room and the main spaces clean and tidy.

The right candidate is energetic, reliable, warm, engaging, honest, safety-conscious, a team player, and loves working with young children.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant nanny experience with multiple children.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

• Clean background check.

• Able to commit to at least one year.

• 2-3 relevant references. 

• COVID vaccinated and boosted (or willing to get boosted)

Spanish speaking is a plus but is not a requirement for the job. 

Salary: $40.00- 45.00 per hour.
